Polyester quality – determines the properties of the final product with respect to fire, durability and temperature. We have a fire-resistant polyester as standard but can also upon request produce with a polyester managing extremely aggressive environments.
HALLE LUX - GRP SHEETS FOR ROOFING AND OTHER APPLICATIONS
Since the end of the 1960s, Halle System AB has manufactures GRP-sheets for wall- and rooflight for any scale of industrial buildning. Natural daylight serves as the core of our business operations. It enables us to provide optimal solutions, fostering a healthier work environment, reducing the reliance on artificial lighting, thereby leading to energy efficiency.
Halle Lux sheets are continuous lamination products with a stratification of polyester resin and fibreglass (GRP). Our products are sold under the brand name Halle Lux.
Four different factors are important: Surface quality, Polyester quality, Reinforcement and Profile. In addition, we also provide coloured or opaque sheets in any RAL colour creating a polyester with characteristics of lace.
Surface quality – gives the sheets properties of light transmission, colour change, aesthetics especially in the long run. We have a high quality folie as standard, gives the sheets a extra strong UV protection and a smooth surface.
Reinforcement – affects the load bearing capacity and stiffness of the sheets. The sheet thickness can depends on the type of reinforcement used. We offer 375 gr, 750 gr, 900 gr (walkable) 1175 gr / sqm. The GRP-sheets can also be produced with anticondensation protection.
